Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood and preschool students onsite in Michigan. You will work with educators and families to help young learners develop essential communication skills and reach their highest potential.

Ideal candidates hold an active Michigan SLP license and CCC, with preschool experience in school settings, and a collaborative, organized approach to therapy planning and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in Michigan and CCC credential.
• Prior experience with preschool/early childhood in school settings.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for young children.
• Effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for early childhood students.
• Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents for consistent support and progress updates.
• Document sessions, progress, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and stay current with evidence-based practices.
