Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. You will communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and staff, and provide consultation on speech-language development in relation to the curriculum.

You will participate in school-based teams, assess students using formal and informal tools, and identify those needing services. You will develop IEP/IFSP goals, implement research-based interventions, and maintain

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
Maryland DHMH Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
Experience with formal and informal assessment tools is expected.
Ability to complete oral and written reports using prescribed formats and timelines (assessment reports, progress reports).
Develop and implement goals for IEPs/IFSPs/Service Plans aligned with documented needs.
Familiarity with third-party billing and maintaining client records.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and staff in oral and written form.
Provide consultation to school staff and families regarding speech-language development and curriculum connection.
Participate in school-based teams for students with speech-language needs.
Identify students for speech-language services based on needs and guidelines.
Complete reports using recommended formats and timelines.
Develop and implement IEP/IFSP/Service Plan goals.
Apply evidence-based intervention, differentiation, and assistive technology.
Maintain accurate records and therapy logs to document progress.
Perform other duties as assigned.
