Role:

A School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for providing therapy services in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

Support a positive, professional environment by evaluating and treating students with speech and language needs, collaborating with educators, parents, and community members, maintaining accurate student records, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position involves full-time hours during regular school days, with a schedule of 7.5-hour days, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, valid Georgia SLP license, and ASHA CCC certification. Preferred candidates have prior experience in schools, early childhood, or pediatrics, with strong knowledge of speech development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Duties:

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, implement therapy, and document progress while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Work collaboratively with a diverse team to support student needs.
