Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to support school districts across the region. Roles encompass evaluating, diagnosing, and providing direct therapy to school-age children, with flexible full-time or part-time contracts.

You will develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and travel between multiple locations as needed to meet service demands.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
  • Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology.
  • Previous school setting experience or with school-aged children preferred.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of student ages and needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student care.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Adjust plans to accommodate changes in student caseloads and assignment locations.

Job description

Make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills by becoming an integral support for schools throughout the region. We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have experience working with school-age populations. Opportunities are available on both a full-time and part-time contract basis, and positions span several areas in the region.

As an SLP supporting districts with leave coverage and varied service needs, you will encounter diverse student caseloads, primarily focusing on school-aged children. Assignments may not be guaranteed for the full year, as you will be providing vital support during staff absences or surges in service requirements.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
