Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for onsite contract roles near Bristol, CT. Openings cover K-12 populations with three immediate positions in Green-Hills PreK, Chippens Hill Middle School, and Mountain View.

Each role focuses on delivering therapy services, supporting IEPs, and collaborating with teachers and families to promote student success. Positions are onsite with a 35-hour work week and healthcare benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• This position requires an active Connecticut SLP-CCC license.
• School setting experience is preferred.
• Experience with PreK, elementary, or middle school populations is desirable.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication; collaboration with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Manage IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain documentation.
• Consult with teachers and parents to promote carryover of therapy strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and school-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, engaging school environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation for this position ranges from $45.92 to $65.92.
