Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in Crowley, TX. The role involves assisting with assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to elementary students.

Job Type: Full-Time

Caseload: Elementary

Pay: Hourly, $28+, dependent on experience

• The ideal candidate will assist in conducting assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings
• This position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student's communication needs, monitoring student's progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports

Responsibilities
