Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support elementary students in a Crowley, TX area school.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a starting window ASAP through May 21, 2027, and a competitive pay scale based on experience. The SLP will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote language development in a dynamic elementary setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.

Pay: $40+, depending on experience
