Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licenced Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a travel, school-based contract in Salem, Oregon. The assignment covers Early Childhood (ECSE) 3–5 years old, with a 37.5-hour work week and in-person duties.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Oregon SLP license, and preferably CCC-SLP. Compensation is customized based on experience and travel eligibility, with benefits included for a full-time W2 engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon SLP license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred but not required.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.
• Experience working in a school-based ECSE setting (3–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.

Qualifications :

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is required with 3-to-5 years of age population (ECSE).
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
