Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students near Dexter, Michigan for the 2026–2027 school year. The role welcomes experienced clinicians, recent graduates, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to collaborate with teachers and families.

You will provide evaluations, therapy, and IEP-driven goals while ensuring compliance. This is a school-based contract with supportive mentorship and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC-SLP preferred but not required
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply with mentorship
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Join a dedicated school team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students near Dexter, Michigan for the 2026–2027 school year. This school-based contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Qualifications
  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply with mentorship and support available
