Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining at Bishop Kelley High School in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef, coordinate cooks and staff, and cover in the Executive Chef’s absence. The role requires prior supervisory experience and a commitment to food safety and quality. Schedule is Monday–Friday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Full-time schedule; mornings, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods.
• Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates.
• Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; duties include scheduling and training.
