Seaman School District USD 345 is seeking a School Social Worker to provide social-emotional, behavioral, mental health, and family support services across district schools. You will identify barriers to learning, deliver direct services, and coordinate with families, staff, and partners to promote student success.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work and Kansas LMSW/LSCSW licensure, with strong communication, collaboration, and crisis-response skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
• Current Kansas social work license LMSW or LSCSW.
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development, mental health, behavioral interventions, and trauma-responsive practices.
• Knowledge of student support systems and educational regulations.
• Ability to provide individual and group social work services within licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students, families, staff, and community agencies.
• Experience with children and adolescents in educational, clinical, or community settings preferred.
