Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of school social work practice model and related services.
• Ability to collaborate with school personnel, families and community resources.
• Bilingual English-Spanish recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based counseling services for students identified and referred for intervention.
• Collaborate with outside agencies to link students and families to resources.
• Develop behavior support plans and advise staff accordingly.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to assist in determining services.
• Maintain clinical records and prepare reports as required by law.
• Attend trainings and participate in school-based teams.
