Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required.
• Experience in schools or special education is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major asset but not required.
• Passion for inclusive, student-centered support and school collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP counseling services and social-emotional support.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings.
• Complete IEP documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with school-based special education teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Engage with families and community-based supports when appropriate.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture.
