Job Summary :

Soliant is looking for a School Social Worker to join a school in Olathe, KS for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This role focuses on supporting students' social and emotional development while ensuring they receive essential services.

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, ASAP through the end of the school year. Also 2025/26 School Year
  • Caseload : 20-40 students, K-12
Responsibilities :
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Track student progress by collecting and analyzing IEP goal data
  • Conduct student assessments and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to create and implement student support plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
  • Advocate for student needs and connect them with relevant community resources
