Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group counseling according to students’ IEPs addressing social/emotional/behavioral needs.
• Collaborates with school personnel to develop and implement interventions.
• Facilitates Functional Behavior Assessments & Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Coordinates home, school and community resources to prevent/address crises.
• Communicates progress with staff, administration and parents.
• Consults with social services and mental health agencies.
• Maintains ongoing professional development.
