Adelphi is seeking School Social Workers to provide counseling, case management, and assessment services within Monmouth County, New Jersey. The ideal candidates will support students’ emotional well-being and contribute to the Child Study Team (CST) process.

• Conduct social assessments as part of CST evaluations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of social-emotional goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to community mental health services.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and CST members to support student needs.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with district protocols.
• Assist in the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Plans.
• Coordinate services with outside agencies and resources.
• Provide parent support and training as appropriate.
• Any other duties as assigned.
