School Social Worker: 2025-2026 School Year

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to support elementary-aged students for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will be based at one elementary school within the district and serve students in both general education and special education settings.

Job Details

Grade Levels: PreK - 5th grade

Caseload: Approximately 12 students with IEPs; RTI groups

Location: One elementary school building

Setting: On-site

Office Space: Dedicated space available

Position Type: Full-time

Duration: August 11, 2025 - May 22, 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to PreK-5th grade students
• Serve students through individual, group, and push-in sessions
• Lead RTI groups aligned with the SEL curriculum
• Support implementation of the district's new RULER SEL program
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide support for implementation
• Collaborate with staff, families, and other related service professionals
• Respond to crisis situations as needed (minimal frequency)
• Act as the Homeless Liaison (limited involvement)
  
  

Pay and Benefits

AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for our full-time benefits.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience

PTO: Begins at 6 days, prorated based on start date
