Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a School Social Worker to support students with behavioral and learning challenges in an on-site, school-based role. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families, contribute to IEP planning, and connect students to community resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in school social work.
• Knowledge of IEP/504 planning processes.
• Ability to conduct psychosocial assessments and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP or 504 planning as appropriate.
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral de-escalation when needed.
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in school social work.
