Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Social Worker for a contract - full time assignment in Inverness, FL. Working in a school setting, you will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support students through IHP/IEP development.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Professional Educator License with SSW endorsement, may require MSW or LCSW, and must meet licensure and health requirements. Pay is $47 per hour, with 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Holds a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement as required by state, contract and/or facility
• MSW or LCSW may be required per state, contract or facility
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
