Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Social Worker to support students in Clinton Township, MI for the 2026–2027 school year. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to help students build resilience, overcome barriers, and thrive.

Responsibilities include providing social-emotional and behavioral support, conducting counseling, crisis intervention, and case management, and maintaining compliant documentation. A MSW and valid Michigan certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Valid Michigan School Social Worker (310) Certification required.
• Experience with school-based social work services is preferred.

• Experience providing school-based social work services with elementary and/or secondary students preferred
