Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a School Social Worker for the 2026-2027 school year in Bemidji, MN. You will provide direct counseling to students, support social and emotional development, and connect families with community resources.

This full-time role requires an MSW, MN license (active or in process), and eligibility to work in the United States. You will collaborate with school teams and respond to crises to support student success.

Qualifications

• MSW required; Minnesota license active or in process.

• Background check (DOJ/FBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Conduct social-emotional assessments; contribute findings to IEPs/504 plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement student support plans.
• Serve as liaison between school, family, and community resources.
• Respond to crises with risk assessments and safety planning.
• Maintain confidential documentation of services and progress.
• Provide training to staff on trauma-informed practices and SEL.
