Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support students' communication and academic success under licensed SLP supervision. This role offers collaboration with teachers and clinicians in a supportive school setting.

As an SLPA, you will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, assist with therapy materials, and work closely with families and service providers to ensure student growth and IEPS alignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent coursework.
• State SLPA license or credential, if applicable.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under licensed SLP supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals through therapy activities.
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Assist with preparation of therapy materials and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.
