Job summary

SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join a school-based team in Castaic, CA. The role offers either full-time or part-time hours, with in-person engagement and competitive hourly pay.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP with CA licensure or are CFs ready for temporary licensure. Expect mentorship, supportive leadership, and student-centered caseloads that foster growth.

Qualifications

• Skill in communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty, and parents to convey progress.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing or speech evaluations to determine impairments.
• Develop/tune treatment plans for stuttering, language delays, articulation issues.
• Instruct students in effective communication techniques.
• Consult with educators on speech topics and strategies.
• Design or use devices/strategies for communication.
• Use software to document IEPs and progress.
• Evaluate test results and plan treatment.
