Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract - full time position in Killeen, Texas. The role involves evaluating students and delivering and documenting therapy services per the individualized plan of care and physician orders.

The ideal candidate will hold active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP is preferred, and must meet professional standards and safety requirements including CPR, TB screening, health certificate, and age 18+.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates students and documents therapy services.
• Provides therapy per plan of care and physician orders.
• Maintains documentation of progress and outcomes.
