Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services in a school setting. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy in individual and group sessions.

Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a state license. Experience in schools or pediatrics is preferred; attractive benefits include health insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• State SLP license is required.
• Experience in school, early childhood, or pediatrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide training to teachers and staff on therapy strategies.
