Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services in collaboration with teachers and parents. The role focuses on supporting academic and social development through targeted therapy and IEP-driven plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state license.
• CCC from ASHA preferred; school/pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
