Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional sign language interpretation for students in a school setting

• Collaborate with educators and staff to facilitate effective communication

• Ensure accurate and timely interpretation during classroom activities and events

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

• Support students' educational experience with exemplary interpretation services

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.

• Valid driver's license (front and back)

• Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (front and back)

• Social Security Card

• CPR certification from an accredited agency (in person required)

• First Aid certification from an accredited agency (in person required)

• Minimum 1 year providing instructional interpretation in a school environment

• Completion of an Interpreter Training program

• Ability to work day shifts in a school setting

• Ability to pass background checks and compliance requirements
