Responsibilities
- Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings.
- Participate in IEP meetings and deliver direct therapy or nursing care as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to tailor services to individual needs.
- Provide treatment for students with communication disorders such as articulation, language, and fluency.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations.
- Write and implement goals and objectives for IEPs.
- Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team and provide classroom support.
- Work with children in a variety of classroom settings, offering additional services based on student population needs.
