Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Professional Residential Security Officer (unarmed) for PT/FT roles at the Fort Myers Regional Office. The officer will observe and report, conduct patrols, and respond to emergencies to maintain safety.

The requirements include a high school diploma, a valid state registration/license, background check and post‑offer drug/alcohol testing where required. This is a Full/Part-Time, 1st shift position.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state.
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test where required.
• Maintain current registrations/licenses/permits and carry documents on duty.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation to get to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and guidelines.
• Conduct walking, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards.
• Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention, lobby/visitor reception, and more.
• Write detailed incident reports and coordinate with supervision as needed.
• Follow all procedures, maintain attendance, and adhere to grooming and customer service standards.
• Participate in all required orientation and training programs.
• Respond to incidents per Post Orders and Use of Force Policy.
