is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Fort Myers Regional Office to provide security services at assigned locations, observe and report activities, conduct patrols, enforce post orders, and respond to emergencies with a focus on customer service and safety. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid state licensing, background check, and the ability to write clear reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state.
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Must maintain active registrations/licenses/permits and carry documents while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and company guidelines.
• Conduct walking/vehicular/golf cart/bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats or hazards and respond to emergency situations.
• Perform site-specific duties including customer service, loss prevention, and lobby/visitor reception.
• Write detailed incident reports and coordinate with site supervision or management as needed.
• Follow post orders, policies, and grooming/customer service standards.
• Participate in required orientation and training programs.
• Respond to incidents in alignment with Use of Force Policy and notify appropriate parties.
• Carry out security/customer service or support tasks as directed.
