Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem role in St. Louis, MO. The RN will oversee nursing care in the school setting and support students' physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, following physician orders and school policies.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, managing chronic conditions and coordinating with families and healthcare providers. Valid RN license, state certification and CPR are required where applicable.

Formación

• RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• School Nurse Certification as required by state or contract.
• One year of school nursing, public health or pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the nursing process and delivery of student care in a school setting.
• Support the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of students.
• Promote health and safety, respond to medical emergencies, manage chronic conditions.
• Serve as liaison between families, school staff and healthcare providers.
• Provide services per Amergis’ philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.

Bachelor's Degree

1 year school nursing/pediatric experience

CPR certification
