Concentric Healthcare Staffing seeks a School RN to support a middle school student with complex medical needs, including G-tube feeding and trach care. You will coordinate health services and safety at school and during transportation, helping the student thrive academically and personally.

Responsibilities include health monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response, with emphasis on communication using sign language when needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Hepatitis B vaccination or declination.
• Ability to attend in-person interviews within 1 week of posting close date.
• Willingness to start within 2 weeks of an offer.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and address health care needs of the student, coordinating with medical professionals as needed.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments, maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies, injuries, and health issues throughout the school day.
• Educate the student on health and hygiene practices tailored to their individual needs.
• Coordinate medical appointments and communicate student health updates to parents and staff.
• Support and interpret medical information for physicians and families.
• Keep detailed, current medical records and conduct routine health screenings.
• Assist with emergency responses and maintain a safe environment for the student.
• Utilize sign language skills for effective communication with deaf students.
