Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based nurse for a contract position to support student wellness in a K-12 setting. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care and collaborating with educators and families to promote health and safety during the academic day.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN, LPN, LVN, or CSN credential and has experience in school, pediatric, or public health nursing. Familiarity with FERPA and HIPAA is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students during the school day.
• Develop and implement care plans for students with acute or chronic needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Respond to accidents, illnesses, and emergencies promptly.
• Conduct health screenings and health education for students and staff.
• Maintain nursing records and participate in IEP/504 plan meetings as appropriate.

Desired Qualifications
