Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a part-time School Registered/Certified Behavior Technician in Providence, RI. The role supports behavior intervention plans in schools and collaborates with BCBA/BCABA supervisors to deliver ABA services designed for students with special needs.

The position offers 32 hours per week at $25 per hour, with competitive benefits and weekly paychecks. Applicants must meet state and federal requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Qualificações

• RBT certification and/or CBT license required.
• Supervised by client BCBA or BCABA.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred.
• Complies with all professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician works toimplement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives. The Registered/Certified Behavior Techniciancan support implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeuticservices designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable perstate/contract)
• Must be supervised by client BCBA or BCABA
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related fieldpreferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
