Action Behavior Centers in Denver, CO is hiring a School Readiness Behavior Therapist to support children aged 5–12 through play-based ABA therapy as part of the ABC Academy program.

Job Description:

In the ABC Academy program, you’ll help children ages 5–12 succeed by providing support alongside their school experience.

Schedule:

12:00 pm-6:30 pm Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑12 pm every other Saturday

Position is full-time

Location: 331 West 104th Avenue, Suite 331E, Denver, CO, 80234

Start Date: Immediate openings available!

Experience that’s a PLUS (but not required):

• Childcare: nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor.
• Mental Health Roles: QMHP, behavioral health technicians.
• Camp Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Caregivers, Life Skill Assistants, SPED teachers

Pay (determined by education and ABA experience):

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20–$24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20–$28 per hour
• Fun Fact: You’ll receive your first raise after earning your RBT certification!
