Action Behavior Centers in Denver, CO is hiring for ABC Academy program staff to support children ages 5–12 in ABA therapy. You’ll implement individualized plans, collect data, and work with a supportive team pursuing certification as an RBT.

Schedule is 12:00 pm–6:30 pm, Monday–Friday, plus Saturday mornings; full-time position with benefits. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; additional degrees are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification within 20 days of hire is encouraged.
• Experience with ABA concepts is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 5–12 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple data.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and maintain a clean therapy space.
• Be active during sessions and help children learn through play, movement, and reading.
• Remain punctual with consistent attendance and reliability.

Pay (determined By Education And ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20–$24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20–$28 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5 to 12 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 30lbs
• Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
• Get on and off the floor frequently
• Maintain an active pace throughout the day
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if that center is experiencing a need for coverage
