Job summary

Project Play Therapy, LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Middle TN to support students toward their fullest potential through school-based and clinic-based services under the supervision of BCBAs.

The ideal candidate is an RBT who values passion, creativity, and collaboration, and who works closely with BCBA to deliver engage care for families and students. In this role you will change the game in ABA services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in progress of Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness and ability to complete requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician through the BACB during the first 3 months employment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Possesses strong organization skills and a positive attitude, with belief that every child can reach their potential with the right supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized services under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA and school team to deliver engage care for all families.
• Collect data and produce reports showing the impact of services and outcomes.
• Uphold BACB Ethics code for RBTs.
