Job summary

Five Keys Schools and Programs is seeking a School Psychological Services Administrative Coordinator to support and oversee psychoeducational services within the Special Education Department. You will recruit and supervise interns, ensure PPS credentialing alignment, and provide guidance to School Psychologists, Administrators, and Educational Teams to deliver assessment, IEP, and counseling supports.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required.
• Valid California PPS Credential required.
• Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, onboard, and train School Psychology interns with university PPS programs.
• Supervise interns and provide case review, feedback, and professional development.
• Coordinate with university PPS programs for internship placements.
