Position Summary: The School Psychologist Intern will be exposed to the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a school psychologist and will work closely with students and staff in multiple related capacities at assigned schools.
Reports to: Supervisor of Student Services and assigned School Psychologists
Other duties: Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Physical demands: Position requires significant periods of standing and walking, and is performed in a typical school environment.
Unusual demands: May be subject to flexible hours and may require the use of CPI physical restraint.
Terms of employment: 10‑month position, paid full‑time internship (1200 hours) $25,000.00. All employees are encouraged to have automatic payroll deposit.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Effective date of position: 2026-2027 school year
Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated in accordance with feedback from immediate site‑based supervisors and university requirements.
