Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Winchester, MA is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract (1.0 FTE) to support students with evaluation, intervention, and consultation.

You will collaborate with teachers, families and admin to develop IEPs and behavior plans, conduct cognitive and socio-emotional assessments, and contribute to safe, inclusive classrooms. MA licensure and school setting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Current or eligible certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts.
• Experience in school settings with elementary–high school students preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to equity and diversity in education.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological services including evaluation, counseling, and consultation for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments.
• Help create a safe, supportive learning environment by implementing crisis intervention and prevention strategies.
• Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to student needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer data-driven insights to inform school decision-making.
• Support Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives and social-emotional learning programming.
