Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student needs and difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.
Provide counseling and support services to students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
Stay current with educational regulations and maintain required documentation for compliance.
Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology.
Valid School Psychology Certification or Licensure in Washington state.

Ability to work in a school environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work 37.5 hours per week during day shifts, with flexibility for up to 37.5 hours per week.
Must be comfortable working in a K-12 school setting.
