Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is recruiting School Psychologists for the 2026–2027 school year to support districts nationwide. Roles include conducting cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral assessments, interpreting results, providing counseling, and collaborating with educators and families to implement interventions.

Positions vary by state requirements and may be full-time, on-site, or mixed settings.

Qualifications

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active state School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying.
  • NCSP Certification (not required).
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments to students in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
  • Participate in district and school meetings (IEP, MTSS, manifestation determination).
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
  • Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices.
  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
  • Participate in professional development activities and continuing education.
