Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Woodburn, Oregon. This full-time, on-site position involves comprehensive assessments, counseling, and collaboration with school staff to support students.

You will work with state licensure requirements and NCSP considerations, contributing to IEP/MTSS processes and staying current with professional standards while pursuing ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active state School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying.
• NCSP Certification (not required).
• Experience conducting psychological assessments in educational settings preferred.
• Collaborative, student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Interpret assessment results to inform educational planning and interventions.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans.
• Participate in district/school meetings (IEP, MTSS, etc.) and in crisis interventions as needed.
• Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices.
• Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in school psychology.
• Engage in professional development activities.
