The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated virtual School Psychologist for a school-based role in Dallas, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time position supporting a local school district and is ideal for credentialed School Psychologists who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Active Texas School Psychologist license/credential.
• Ed.S. or higher from NASP-approved program.
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans.
• Complete documentation, report writing, counseling services, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility).
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams.
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Texas
• Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP-approved or equivalent program
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans

COMPENSATION:

$48-$56/hour * W-2 Contract * Dallas, TX
