ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted School Psychologist to support students across 2-3 campuses from a central office. The role offers a guaranteed remote day each week with flexibility for the right fit.

The position emphasizes a workload-based model to balance responsibilities, provide resources, and support student growth in a dynamic district setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to working across multiple schools while maintaining balance and organization.
• Commitment to supporting student growth and well-being.
• Must be available to work onsite, with flexibility for remote work as outlined.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings for educational planning.
• Participate in eligibility and IEP/ARD meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to provide recommendations.
• Develop support strategies in line with the district workload methodology.
• Consult with school teams to promote positive student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all federal and state guidelines.
