Job summary

You will complete evaluations, meet with parents before IEPs, join IEP meetings when needed, and provide guidance to teachers and administrators, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in School Psychology required.
• Tennessee license with endorsement in school psychology required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for students served through special education.
• Hold conferences with parents to review assessment results prior to IEP meetings.
• Participate in IEP team meetings to address assessment and evaluation issues.
• Provide consultation to teachers, parents and principals to improve the educational environment.
• Follow all state and federal laws and Campbell County Board of Education policies.
