Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in San Antonio for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position serving students across K12th grades. The School Psychologist will support the emotional, social, and academic development of students and work closely with educators, parents, and other support staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
  • Provide individual and group counseling as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and well-being
  • Develop intervention strategies and behavior plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including IDEA and Section 504
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist (LSSP Licensed Specialist in School Psychology)
  • Experience working with K12 student populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of special education processes and legal compliance

Schedule and Location:

  • This position requires a commitment of 37.5hours per week
  • Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar
  • Work will be based on-sitein San Antonio, TX
