The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based role in Redford, MI for the 26/27 school year. You will support a local school district, conducting psychoeducational evaluations and collaborating with IEP teams to promote student success.

The position offers competitive pay, a W-2 contract, and access to clinical support and NASP-aligned professional development. Strong candidates will have active Michigan licensure, an Ed.S.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan School Psychologist license/credential.
• Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from NASP-approved or equivalent program.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral).
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans.
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted).
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams.
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
