Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Oak Hall, VA is seeking a School Psychologist to join our collaborative therapy team dedicated to supporting students’ academic and functional success.

The role is full-time and on-site, with a 40-hour work week, and the school schedule includes weekends, holidays, and summers off. We provide year-round benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and free CEUs.

Qualifications

• ESA license from the state of residence
• NCSP Certificate issued after December 31, 1991 by the National School Psychology Certification Board
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with school staff and families regarding students' psychological needs
• Conduct initial screenings and comprehensive evaluations for social and emotional well-being to determine service needs
• Participate in the IEP process to develop present levels of performance, goals and treatment recommendations
• Provide psychology sessions using current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
• Maintain required documentation per district and NASP ethics (daily notes, monthly summaries, annual IEPs)

Responsibilities
