Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a School Psychologist to support students in Bloomington, MN. You will provide counseling, participate in MTSS, assist with IEP development, and collaborate with families and school staff to promote social and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist.
• Experience or training in pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain ethical standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Providing counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including inter-disciplinary meetings to discuss diagnosis and treatment.
• Participating in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with and coach families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure required meetings and services are met.
